Research

Data Universe, the IT division of a large pharmaceutical company, approached us to develop a separate corporate identity for entering the foreign market. Our goal was to create a concept that reflects the brand's meta message for many years to come. We focused on two tasks: internal research and in-depth interviews, as well as developing a corporate identity concept.

The study involved conducting in-depth interviews with management and distributing questionnaires to team members across various project offices of the company. A unique interview guide was developed to reveal the company's identification code. The underlying ideas and values of the company were explored. The discussions focused on identifying what sets the company apart and what brings it together. The objective was to determine the company's internal identity and key messages for external communication.

Key idea (metaphor) of the brand

The research stage is crucial, as illustrated by the suit metaphor. A customer orders an item that must fit perfectly. However, without understanding the conditions of use — where and when it will be worn, for what purposes — the result will be a beautiful but non-functional picture. It will not be worth the investment. Therefore, after the research stage, we always develop the brand's key idea, which serves as a bridge to the visual.

The brand's key concept is a digital universe that connects the virtual and physical worlds. The visual communications are based on the metaphor of bringing order to chaos and embracing new technologies.

Realization

The communications are divided into three categories: corporate identity, media design, and landing page design. The brand primarily uses the Inter font, with Arial as a secondary option. The company presented all its elements through various mediums such as presentations, email letters, advertising layouts, business cards, and letterheads. The visual representation of the company's key ideas highlights its focus on advanced technologies and innovative solutions, showcasing its ambition and scale of activity.

The corporate identity of Data Universe emphasizes its role as a provider of IT projects and services, not limited to the pharmaceutical and B2B sectors. This style is designed for long-term use. It synchronizes the perception of the company by employees and customers and allows you to focus on long-term goals.
